The direct continuation of the Jumping® Basic diploma is the Advanced diploma, which is open to all graduates of the Jumping® Basic training.

This program was created based on many years of experience not only with Jumping®, but also from across the entire fitness industry. Participants continue to refine their technique, receive individual feedback, and throughout the training they experience the most demanding lessons across all Jumping® Fitness programs. The focus is placed not only on technique, but also on proper leading, communication, and presentation skills.

Training program sections:

• Learning new exercises and combinations that are more intense and technically demanding.

• Body composition analysis using the InBody scale, which precisely determines body composition through bioelectrical impedance analysis, along with an explanation of nutrition fundamentals and common nutrition myths.

• Improving technique, personal presentation, the ability to start on the left foot, and how to deliver maximum performance even under demanding conditions.

• Advanced music analysis, exercise transitions, and how to create more complex yet still clear combinations according to Jumping® Fitness principles.

• Application of new exercises during the final part of the training.

 

Upon completion of the entire training, each participant will receive: 
- Training manual
- Tank top ADVANCED from Jumping® Fashion
- Diploma of successful completion of Training
